NIA is pleased to invite you to enroll your child in the SONYC After-School program at I.S. 98 Bay Academy. NIA After-School is a free program that is offered to all currently enrolled Bay Academy students.

 The After-School Program operates Monday - Friday during the hours of 2:00 PM - 5:00 PM. 

Please complete the attached Universal Participant Intake form entirely. This form must be completed in all areas in order for your child to be able to start the after-school program.
